Helpful Post!

I've noticed lots of recruiters do not process the application because the potential candidate do not have a portfolio (or updated one).

Could be because they are just too busy working on their project or they are not seeking a job change.

If I like the candidature of an applicant and if I know he or she is working for a particular company for few years, I would directly ask them to run me through some of projects.

This should be give me enough knowledge about the candidates capabilities and interest.
